Items that are temporarily out of stock, or backordered from the manufacturer, can delay an order. If receipt of your order is time sensitive, please contact us first to ensure that delivery can be made within the specified time frame.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise:
Upon receipt of your order, inspect all the cartons to make sure that merchandise was not damaged in transit. Please either email to email@example.com or call toll-free at 1-888-778-6985 within 72 hours of receiving your order, to report damage.
If you have a defective product, call the manufacturer's technical support department first. Usually, they will be able to quickly and easily correct the issue directly. Returns or Exchanges:
You may return most unused items purchased at Fan C Fans within 30 days of the original delivery. We will arrange return shipping (usually a UPS call tag) to exchange a product that is defective or if the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for a 25% re-stocking fee, the return shipping cost and our original cost to ship (even if you received free shipping). No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
The following items may not be returned:
Non-Defective items that have been installed.
Non-Defective items where hardware/screw packs have been opened.
Non-Defective items where long lead-wires have been cut.
Non-Defective items that are not in new, saleable condition.
