Shipping

In stock items usually ship within 1-3 business days via UPS Ground. Occasionally, we may ship via USPS or Fed Ex. We also offer expedited shipping services like Next Day Air or Second Day Air; Additional charges apply. Contact sales@fancfans.com or toll-free 1-888-778-6985 for a quote on expedited shipping services. Please note that standard shipping charges advertised on our site are for shipments to the 48 contiguous United States. Additional shipping charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico destinations.

For International shipping destinations, please email sales@fancfans.com for a shipping quote.

Items that are temporarily out of stock, or backordered from the manufacturer, can delay an order. If receipt of your order is time sensitive, please contact us first to ensure that delivery can be made within the specified time frame.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise:

Upon receipt of your order, inspect all the cartons to make sure that merchandise was not damaged in transit. Please either email to sales@fancfans.com or call toll-free at 1-888-778-6985 within 72 hours of receiving your order, to report damage.

If you have a defective product, call the manufacturer's technical support department first. Usually, they will be able to quickly and easily correct the issue directly. If you are having any problems or issues with this process, contact us directly at sales@fancfans.com or 1-888-778-6985.

Returns or Exchanges:

You may return most unused items purchased at Fan C Fans within 30 days of the original delivery. We will arrange return shipping (usually a UPS call tag) if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping amount and the original shipping amount. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

The following items may not be returned:

• Non-Defective items that have been installed.
• Non-Defective items where hardware/screw packs have been opened.
• Non-Defective items where long lead-wires have been cut.
• Non-Defective items that are not in new, saleable condition.

Steps for Returns or Exchanges:

1. Contact us to get an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number
2. With authorized returns, please include your:
• Name
• Address
• Telephone and/or email address
• RGA number
• Reason for return

Within 30 Days of your purchase, if you find the exact item nationally advertised for less from an Authorized Dealer, we will refund 110% of the difference back to you. In order for us to honor the 110% price guarantee, you must provide proof of the current national ad, clearly indicating the Name of the Authorized Dealer, Advertised price on the exact item, and expiration date of the ad. This guarantee excludes clearance items, discontinued items, and items that are UMRP (Unilateral Minimum Resale Price) that is set by the manufacturer.
